Helicops wettsteini Amaral (Wallach in The Reptile Database [viewed 7 Oct. 2013]) |
Remarks:
Previously included the populations now assigned to murphyi.
Occurs in Nicobar Islands (India), however, I have found no support for Murphy's (2007) claim that it is found in the Andaman Islands.
A single specimen is said to have come from the Moluccas, which would extend the range eastwards (Murphy 2007).
