Remarks: Previously included two other species (torquatus, valeriae), now placed in Pristidactylus.
Distribution: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil (Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Parana, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Sao Paulo).
