Remarks: Previously regarded as a synonym of Gonionotophis (Kelly, Branch, Broadley, Barker & Villet 2011), but subsequently revalidated as a separate genus by Broadley, Tolley, Conradie, Wishart, Trape, Burger, Kusamba, Zassi-Boulou & Greenbaum (2018). Formerly included the species now assigned to Gracililima and Limaformosa.
Distribution: Equatorial Africa.
Reported from: Angola (incl. Cabinda), Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo-Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Equatorial Guinea (Bioko, Elobey Island, Rio Muni), Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Togo, Uganda.
